Quality Policy
The philosophy of the Avenues Cosmetic Surgery is to provide patients with the highest level of care, effective treatment and sound management. The fundamental philosophy of the Centre is grounded in the belief that each individual is worthy of respect.
The Centre implements a Quality Management System in accordance with International Quality Standard which ensures that only the highest standard of patient care is given by our staff to meet the needs and expectations of our patients and customers.
Our Management System also incorporates compliance with all current statutory regulations Environmental Management, and Work Health and Safety.
It is the prime objective of the Centre to provide quality health care including a safe, skilled, caring and supportive environment which safeguards the confidentiality and rights of our patients and their families.
